To simplify the scoring process as well as be able to keep better statistics, we have decided to use team scorecard for reporting scores. The home team (2nd team on the schedule) will be responsbile for reporting the scores. You may report the scores in one of the following ways: By email (preferred): Download the correct Team Scorecard Microsoft Word template provided below (2 courts for Dupont and HIT, 3 courts for Penn Oaks). Fill in the scores and email it to scores@djtta.org as an attachment. Alternatively, if you have access to a scanner, you can scan the Team Scorecard and email it as a PDF / TIF attachment. By fax: Fax the Team Scorecard to (928) 752-1981. Please indicate clearly the league and teams you are reporting for and provide a contact number in case we need to get in touch with you. Please report your scores by Monday 12:00 noon so that team standings may be updated promptly. Junior Team Tennis Scorecards: The scorecard for the Davis Cup Group 1 (at Penn Oaks) league will be different than Roland Garros and Davis Cup Group 2 (at Hockessin Indoor) leagues due to the number of courts the matches are being played on. Please select the scorecards for the appropriate league.
